Raise the Roof Campaign

Since opening our doors in July, the response from our community has made all our hard work on this campus worth it. The love and generosity you have shown are beyond what we could have predicted. We feel right at home here. It truly takes a village and, we have an amazing village. That being said, we need your help to raise the roof to a minimum level in order to keep our heads dry during the rainy season, and a maximum level in order to further our sustainability pledge. While we have spent the past year painting, building, and revamping our campus, there is still plenty to accomplish. Our next big project is to install solar panels on our roof-furthering our mission to reduce our carbon footprint in our Grover Beach Community, Unfortunately, before we can consider taking this big step, we must address our foundational issues.

• Our roof is over 50 years old & will not maintain our facilities during the rainy season.
• Our current roof will not support solar panels.

Replacing the roof is just the first step, but it’s also the most expensive-quoted at $16,000. We need your help to make raising a new roof a reality.
